Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZUZ app and website at zuzapp.in. By creating an account or using ZUZ, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they include important limitations on liability and clarify that ZUZ provides information and education only, never investment advice.
1. What ZUZ is
ZUZ is a personal-finance information and education platform. It helps you track and understand your own investments and view aggregate, factual market information with data, analysis and research tools. ZUZ is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, does not provide investment advice, stock tips or recommendations, and does not facilitate or execute the buying or selling of securities. Nothing in ZUZ should be construed as a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use ZUZ. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. The Service & market data
ZUZ aggregates publicly available market and fund information and presents it for your convenience. This information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided on an “as available” basis for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, and you should independently verify information before relying on it.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- ZUZ offers a free tier and an optional PRO subscription (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year), with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
- PRO is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to their terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime from your app-store account.
- Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
- Use ZUZ only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy or misuse the app, its data or its infrastructure.
- Do not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit any data or content from ZUZ.
- Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional financial, legal or tax advice.
6. Information, not advice
All content in ZUZ is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Please consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision. See our Disclaimer for details.
7. Third-party services
ZUZ may link to or rely on third-party services, including app stores and data providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Intellectual property
ZUZ and its content, branding, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZUZ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or investment losses, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or any information in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZUZ and its team from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using ZUZ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our principal place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service.
13. Grievance redressal
For any complaint or grievance relating to the Service or these terms, you can contact us at info@zuzapp.in. We will acknowledge and work to resolve your concern within the timelines required by applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of ZUZ after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
